Hi.

So I just reinstalled Windows in UEFI mode so I could dual boot Kubuntu with ease. The connection works fine in Windows. However, when Kubuntu got installed, it immediately tried to connect to my ethernet but failed with the message "IP configuration unavailable". I've researched and it seems not many people have had this problem. I've got no idea what could be causing this. All I know so far is that the Network Manager can be problematic. If anyone's had experience with this type of stuff, please help! Thanks.

Specs(as I really don't know what other info to provide):

i5-8600k

16GB RAM

GTX 1660 Ti

Gigabyte Z370P D3 Motherboard
