Used Kohya SS Gui trainer. Trained both U-NET and Text Encoder locally on my Windows 10 PC with RTX 3090. Training takes around 2 hours for my step count.

The training was for maximum realism and it was slightly overtrained.
15 medium quality images, repeating background, same clothing. Captured with my Poco X3 pro phone. Cheap brand.
I have used ultra high quality manually picked Unsplash real images having man dataset as regularization images dataset.

5200 images for both man and woman. Perfect quality cropped and resized to many common resolutions.
Training resolution was 1024x1024, 150 repeating, 1 epoch, batch size 1. Thus; 4500 steps
Then decided to test out all Fooocus styles. However, Fooocus has no such feature. So i written a script and converted all Fooocus styles into a styles csv that Automatic1111 SD Web UI supports. I saved both After Detailer (ADetailer) before and after images. So some images are ADetailer used and some not. This is in settings panel to set both.
