🐧 System freezes and hangs on multiple distros

Whenever I use any graphical app (Blender 3D or any game) my PC freezes randomly and the whole system hangs, the keyboard\mouse does not respond and my only option is to restart via the button on the PC case.

When it crashes if there was a sound in the background it just loops the last 1~2 seconds of the sound continuously. Also the keyboard lights flash once before the whole OS becomes unresponsive.

The same thing happened in Linux mint and regular Ubuntu.

I've also tried Bodhi linux and had even more frequent crashes in graphical apps although it wasn't full system freeze like in Mint\Ubuntu but regular app crashes.

The crashes are not happening when browsing the web\watching videos\using 2d software like gimp\inkscape

I just came from windows which I used on this PC for over 2 years and this problem never happened not in Blender nor any game.
