Partition help

Good morning all

Switching my set up around, I had proxmox set up on 2 intel nuc, tried to install a few different Linux distos to replace prox. Any time I've ever done so, ive booted from usb, installed and installed handled partitions and getting rid of old os.

Every time I try, it gets up to partition part and either let's me delete and install as new which leads to an error when trying to make partition.

It also gives me option to do manually so I tinkerered a bunch but could never get the next button to become active.

Ps there's zero on either box that needs to be saved I'm cool wiping them completely and starting fresh

Also I don't know much of what I'm doing in case that wasn't obvious
