We are seeking a skilled React Native Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mobile application development, with proven expertise in React Native. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications that meet our clients’ needs while ensuring excellent performance and responsiveness across platforms.

Duties

Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native and related technologies.

Implement responsive design principles to ensure applications function seamlessly across both iOS and Android devices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to define, design, and ship new features.

Write clean, maintainable code while adhering to best practices in mobile development.

Utilise project management tools (e.g., Clickup) to manage and keep track of projects efficiently.

Integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL for seamless data communication between the mobile app and backend services.

Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimise performance and user experience.

Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards within the team.

Requirements

Proven experience in mobile application development with a strong understanding of React Native.

Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with experience in the React ecosystem.

Familiarity with mobile development tools and libraries such as React Navigation, Axios, and Jest for testing.

Understanding of mobile application lifecycle and best practices for performance optimisation.

Knowledge of native modules and experience with linking libraries is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
