Open TV is being attacked by a company abusing the trademark system. I need advice.

I've got a trademark infrigement notice claiming my app is a "pirate app copying [their] legitimate app" and that it "needs to be shut down". The claims are completely baseless and it's a clear abuse of the trademark system.

Is there a way to solve this without me getting sued? The company making the infrigement complaint does have a registered trademark, but my app is not distributed on the playstore (they're making their claim with a playstore link), and is in no way similar to their app since they have completely different purposes. I've read that just having a similar name is not grounds for a violation a trademark policy.
