Hi all, I have an older HP Z620 32-core (16 physical) Xeon tower with 64gb ram running Ubuntu 24.04 - I’ve been using this system for all sorts of things, including taxing it pretty heavily with local AI instances for my business. My question is, is there a Linux utility of some sort that will better spread the workload across the CPU cores? It’s running pretty taxed in the image here, but lots of cores will stay at 0.0% for several seconds at a time, then randomly pop up to a much higher level. I feel like this isn’t a great use of resources. Any tips, thoughts, configuration suggestions, etc? Please and thank you!
