Why does my Wacom pen pressure work automatically on Linux Mint only?

Something I notice, Linux Mint update manager will pop up and automatically update everything in my computer after installing the system.

While when using other distros (I tried Zorin/ Kubuntu/ Fedora) it doesn't have same functionality out of the box.

I'm pretty noob with Linux. What I need to do to add that kind of ease of use for other distros? I mainly just want my Wacom to work. Because visually I think I like Zorin and Fedora better.
