Memcache vs Memcached and Opcache

So, for a cloudlinux based, PHP 7.4 / 8.2 based webserver, i have the option (PHP Selector) with 3 options,

memcache, memcached and Opcache.

Now i'm looking for the fastest way to spawn wordpress based sites. Which option really does do it in regards of fastest TTFB and fastest page loading?

It has litespeed enterprise followed with a ton of ram and plenty of workers.
