How is Archcraft? Any SDE PoV?

Hi folks. I recently got a new thinkpad for office work.

I got to know about Archcraft few months back but didn't try enough for development. I used Fedora for past 1.5 years.

Does archcraft or arch in general have a good support and can we install any application like vs code, and more? Is it good for software development?

I have heard that AUR packages are not available for some or they don't work.

Just wanted to hear any developer's thoughts if he has worked on this OS for long time.

Also could anyone suggest any arch environment setup guides for developers.
