Apple Drops the Third Beta of visionOS 26.5 for the Vision Pro

Apple just released the third developer beta for visionOS 26.5, giving headset owners a fresh batch of software to test out. The company is focusing heavily on refining how spatial apps run in the background in the latest beta for the Vision headset. This virtual reality update joins a massive wave of new test software hitting Apple devices today.

If you have a registered developer account, you can pull down this new software right inside the Vision Pro. Just open the settings app, look for the software update section, and toggle on developer betas to start the download.
