idk if this is the correct subreddit, but I have no more options.
So, I'm not going to lie, I have a friend (I swear, he's a friend) whose sister has a computer she used for work at a company called Black Hawk. I don't remember the exact model, but I'm almost certain it's an HP. The thing is, she left that job ages ago, and the computer is still there; they never asked for it back. It's not a particularly interesting computer; the specs are pretty average: 8GB of RAM and a 256GB SSD (fun fact: we struggled to find the drive, but we couldn't find it anywhere). The idea was to install Windows or Linux, but it requires a BIOS password that only God and the company know. The disk information doesn't really matter, but does anyone know how to bypass that lock and boot from a USB drive?
