Summary

What does this do;

1. .github/workflows/quack-vendor-reproducibility.yml add a ci test that make sure the final checked in code is sha + patch set applied


2. fix patches from update


3. puts the sha as source of truth in the vendor.sh


4. adds gitattributes to minimize by default the vendored code -> makes easier to review


5. expand vendor.sh to cover gemms need for flex gemm
