Why I'm Here
I've been coding for a while now, learning through tutorials, side projects, and a fair amount of Stack Overflow rabbit holes. But I've always kept my progress to myself — afraid it wasn't "good enough" to share.
That changes today.
The DEV community is full of people at every stage of their journey, and I've read countless posts that made me think: "That's exactly what I needed to hear." I want to give that back.
A Little About Me
- 💻 I'm currently learning JavaScript and exploring the world of web development
- 🛠️ My favorite tools right now: VS Code, Git, and way too many browser tabs
- 🌱 I'm working toward building my first full-stack project
- 🎯 My goal: land my first developer role within the next year
What I Plan to Write About
Honestly? Everything I'm figuring out along the way. That might include:
- Lessons learned from beginner mistakes (there have been many)
- Project breakdowns and build logs
- Resources and tools I find genuinely helpful
- The emotional side of learning to code — because it's a rollercoaster
The One Thing I've Learned So Far
Progress > perfection. Every single time.
I've deleted projects because they weren't clean enough. I've avoided sharing code because I thought senior devs would laugh. But here's the thing — every expert was once exactly where I am now. The only way forward is through.
