What people get wrong about agent loops

Everyone's calling agent systems a "software factory" now. But a factory only works because its QC is mechanical and non-negotiable: a CNC mill holds tolerance or scraps the run. Most agent loops skip that, letting the agent grade its own output. Volume without correctness.
