So basically, after we got the awesome changes that added my mouse for openrazer support, I've been having problems getting input remapper to work when the mouse is coming back from suspend or disconnection. Basically, the mouse was not going back to "driver" mode until I restarted openrazer. So, this is a daemon style work around that checks...
