So I installed everything, ran it on real work, and then did the thing almost nobody does — I ran his own productivity script on my own code to see if the famous numbers actually hold up.
I want to be fair about this, because gstack is genuinely good: the free tools are worth your hour, the AI code reviewer found real bugs a plain prompt missed, and Garry published his own caveats and literally told everyone to run it themselves. So I did. What came back is the honest version of this story — the setup delivers, the "810×" productivity claim needs a closer look, and his script counted my invoices as source code.
