Which Linux is the best for external soundcards and USB microphones?

Was trying to get into Linux a while ago and tried CachyOS while the experience was very smooth

i just couldn't get Linux to decide which my default soundcard (fiio k13 r2r) and my external USB microphone is (a hyper x one) It didn't even tell me which device is which it was just saying some random words on Windows it was very easy to see which device was which. And on Discord it was really a pain in the ass getting things how it should be.

I guess it was because both devices have their own dac and linux| always switched between those too
