Farlands Review (PC)

Farlands is a game that tries to seamlessly combine exploration, crafting and farming with life simulation, all of which takes place in a beautiful and serene world. You’re not getting a countryside farm here, however. Instead, you are purchasing an entire planet that was abandoned, and it’s situated at the edge of a lesser-known solar system. It sounds great, until you get there and see why no one wanted it.

Clearly, there’s something wrong with the planet. It’s neglected, overgrowth, any buildings that are there are just falling apart, and the alien vegetation has overtaken that place. You get there with your small droid, and hope for the best. Thankfully, things are not as problematic as you might think in the beginning. But it’s definitely a tad challenging, especially as you get started.
