Jeff Fleece named CDIO at Southwire

Southwire manufactures wire and cable used in the transmission and distribution of electricity, delivering power to millions of people around the world. Fleece most recently served as CIO of Baker Hughes, where he was responsible for leading the company’s global IT strategy and digital transformation, as well as driving internal productivity solutions. He holds a BS from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and an MBA from Texas McCombs School of Business.

Ally Financial names Mark Mathewson CIDO

Ally Financial is a diversified financial services company, providing a range of financial products and services for consumers, businesses, automotive dealers, and corporate clients.Mathewson most recently served as the divisional CIO for Capital One’s retail banking and commercial banking units, where he oversaw tech teams across the US, Mexico and India. Prior to that, he was at Fannie Mae, where he advanced through a series of increasingly senior roles spanning application development, IT governance, and project portfolio management. He holds a BA from James Madison University and an MBA from Georgetown University.

Patricia Pichardo joins Duracell as CIO

Duracell is a manufacturer and marketer of high-performance alkaline batteries, lithium coins, rechargeable batteries, and other specialty cells. Pichardo held previous roles as head of IT PMX for TE Connectivity; director, IT business solutions for McCormick & Company; and IT director, global IT business operations for Stanley Black & Decker. Pichardo holds a BS from the University of Arizona and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University.

Feed the Children announces Stephen Murray as CIO

Feed the Children is a global movement focused on ending childhood hunger in the US and globally. Working alongside communities, it provides food, essentials, and opportunities to children and families who need them most. Prior to joining, Murray held senior tech leadership roles across complex global organizations in manufacturing, media and entertainment, agriculture, and consumer products, including CIO at Cohere Beauty and leadership roles supporting The Walt Disney Company through Atos, as well as positions at The Mosaic Company and Cargill. He holds a BS from SMC University, a CIO MBA from Boston University, and an executive MBA from Rutgers University.

Tracy Weber appointed CIO at Notre Dame

The University of Notre Dame is a global Catholic research university founded in 1842. In her career with Notre Dame, Weber has advanced through several leadership roles spanning many areas of IT, including applications development, enterprise content management, platform services, collaborative IT services, and community IT experience. She holds a BA and EMNA from the University of Notre Dame.

James Watson joins Perry Homes as CIO

Family-owned and operated since 1967, Perry Homes is a woman-owned homebuilder that offers a wide selection of new home designs. Watson most recently served as CIO for Bigge Crane and Rigging, and held prior CIO roles at Total Safety US and Situs. He has a BS and an MBA from the University of Houston – Clear Lake.

Luminis Health welcomes Erica Moncrief as CIO

Luminis Health is a nonprofit regional health system. Most recently, Moncrief served as VP of IT at Adena Health System, where she provided leadership across all IT functions supporting more than 5,000 employees, 500 physicians, four hospitals, and six regional clinics. She held prior roles at Cardinal Health, InXite Health Systems, and OhioHealth. She holds a BS and MS from Ohio State University.

Daniel Curling joins Lanter Delivery Systems as CIO

Lanter Delivery Systems arranges daily deliveries for essential industries and world-class companies across North America. Most recently, Curling served as CTO for WWEX Group. Prior to that, he was CTO for Experian Health where he led a team of 350 responsible for all tech teams including application development, cloud engineering, DevOps, quality assurance, site reliability engineering, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and portfolio management. Curling holds a BS from Texas A&M University.

Piotr Zima named CIO for Cepheid

Cepheid is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Danaher Corporation specializing in molecular diagnostics. Most recently, Zima served as VP and CIO at Integrated DNA Technologies, another Danaher operating company. Earlier in his Danaher career, he was chief data and analytics officer at Danaher Corporation and head of data, analytics, and finance IT at Cytiva. Zima holds a BS from Cracow University of Technology, and an MBA from Oxford Brookes University.

Acentra Health appoints Michael Kingston as CDIO

Acentra Health is a technology and health solutions company dedicated to accelerating better health outcomes for government and commercial clients, and the populations they serve. Kingston most recently served as MD, Portfolio CIO Americas for The Carlyle Group, where he drove tech-enabled value creation for portfolio companies. Prior to Carlyle, Kingston held senior tech leadership positions with several globally recognized brands, including L’Oréal, Neiman Marcus, Coach, Ann Inc., and LVMH.
