Microsoft Mechanics: Add Human Review to an AI Agent Workflow

How do you keep a person in charge of the decisions that matter? In Copilot Studio workflows, an if/else Human Review step pauses the process when the agent flags a bid. Otherwise the bid goes straight to the Researcher agent and a recommendation agent, and the result is written as a new row in Dataverse. You can test each step on its own.
