The United Sates Internal Revenue Service (IRS) paid no less than $12 million on Microsoft software, including Office 365 ProPlus subscriptions and Exchange Online, which it doesnโt even use, despite the fact that the agency was planning to migrate to cloud solutions as part of this acquisition.
